Creamy Strawberry-Coconut Sorbet
Ingredients:
500g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup coconut cream
3–4 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar (to taste)
Juice of ½ lemon
Method:
If using fresh strawberries, hull & freeze for 3 hours.
Blend frozen strawberries, coconut cream, sweetener & lemon juice until smooth.
Enjoy immediately as soft-serve OR freeze 1–2 hours for firmer scoops.
Optional:
Blend in mint or basil for freshness 🌿
Sprinkle with toasted coconut 🥥
