This is my hug in a mug
Itβs my morning tea with a teaspoon of the Collagen Health Mix!
Warm, fragrant, a little fiery⦠just the way I like it.
ππ§π π«πππ’ππ§ππ¬:
- Fresh piece of ginger
- 4 cloves
- 2 cardamom pods (elachi)
- 1 small piece of cinnamon stick
- one pod of star aniseed
- 1 tea bag
- Milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon Collagen Health Mix (optional but lovely)
In a pestle & mortar, gently crush the ginger, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon slightly to release their oils and deepen the flavour. In a small pot or pan, add the crushed spices to water and let them simmer slowly.
Add your tea bag and let it steep into the spice water until the colour deepens. Pour in milk of your choice and let it all come together into a creamy, spiced hug in a cup.
Sip slowly. This is not a rushed tea. Itβs a pause.
